W. Lawrence. Floyd, M.D.

Dr. Floyd was born in New Haven, CT., graduated from Vanderbilt University, and attended Duke University for his medical degree. After completing a three year residency in Family Practice at a Medical College of Virginia program, he moved to Montgomery, Alabama, where he has lived since 1984. Board certified by the American Board of Family Practice, Dr. Floyd has been in private practice and provided urgent and emergency care in Montgomery and Wetumpka over the past 20 years. His interests include exercise, basketball, intense cinema and financial management. The practice of medicine provides stimulation for those infrequent periods of downtime.
