Curtis E. McLemore, M.D.

Dr. McLemore, a native of Corinth, Mississippi, is a 1985 graduate of the University of Mississippi Medical School in Jackson, Mississippi. He continued his medical education receiving his board certification in Family Practice at the University of Alabama at Druid City Hospital in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. At a young age, Dr. McLemore felt an interest in family medicine and continued in medical school to be drawn to the concept of treating the whole family. During the process of interviewing for his first job, Dr. McLemore came to Montgomery to interview with PriMed. As he was completing his last year of residency, he began working at PriMed and enjoyed it so much that he began working full time upon completing his residency in August 1988.

Dr. McLemore met his wife, Tanya Goodson McLemore, while he was doing a two month rotation in Brent, Alabama during his residency in Tuscaloosa. They were married in August 1987 and they now have two sons, Estes and Goodson. The McLemores are active members of the First Baptist Church where Dr. McLemore serves as a deacon, a Sunday School teacher and church soloist. Dr. McLemore enjoys medical mission trips, travel, snow skiing and spending time with his family. Dr. McLemore would be quick to tell you that his move to Montgomery to work for PriMed has definitely been the right choice for him and his family. Because of work with PriMed, Dr. McLemore has quickly met the community of Montgomery and has grown to deeply care for them.
