Uttam K.. Podder, M.D.

Dr. Podder spent his first 29 years in Bangladesh. He excelled in areas of school and graduated at the top 5% of his class. After graduating from Dhaka Medical College, Bangladesh, Dr. Podder finished his residency training in internal medicine from Lutheran Medical Center, Brooklyn, NY in 1998. He was in private practice in Georgia and Alabama before he joined Pri Med in 2003. He broadened his clinical experience by working at the ER in Columbus, GA.

Dr. Podder is married with one daughter. He enjoys sports, particularly soccer, and also enjoys traveling the United States and learning about the diverse cultures. Dr. Podder values curative and preventative medicine through adequate testing and counseling.
